Return Process

  Ensure the beauty products are unused and in their original packaging, then securely pack them with the included packing slip.

  Ship the Items

  Drop off your package at any authorized courier location using the pre-paid label provided by our support team.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
